TEZNET can use your own Telegram bot for network alerts. The bot can
later notify your NOC or support team when TEZNET detects events such
as a whole PON port going down, LOS, power outage, offline ONUs or
signal problems.

Create your bot.
Open BotFather in Telegram and create a bot.

Connect it to TEZNET.
Paste the Telegram bot token in the field below and save the settings.

Add a team group.
Add your bot to the Telegram NOC/support group and enter the chat ID
in the Chat Groups section below.

Select alerts.
Choose which network events each group should receive.

Verify delivery later.
End-to-end testing will become available when the Telegram delivery
worker is connected.
Alerts can include:
OLT, board/port information, probable cause and the number of affected
ONUs when that information is available.
